R&D Engineer / Project Leader Electronic Products (m/f)

- Create hard- and software design specs
- Design electronic devices
- Modeling of software / FW structure
- Programming FW for electronic devices for low voltage embedded systems including control algorithms
- Verification of the FW with the related hardware
- Define design test cases
- Set up the test platform and environment based on test case defined
- Perform pre-tests and design verification on designed boards (EMC test; environmental testing)
- Define the Project plan documents
- Keep the project on schedule and on budget
- Lead the design team
- Create the status report to upper management
- Risk management
- Good knowledge in digital and analog circuit design
- Good programming skills based on MCU
- Good knowledge in programming languages (C, C++, C#)
- Good knowledge in EMC strategy
- Able to write product requirement specs, hardware design specs and software design specs
- Knowledge in SW test strategy
- Overview on electronic components
- Fluent in English
- Ability to define project timeline
- Good knowledge in resource planning and management
- Ability to define and monitor project budget
