For our client, who provides world-leading research in nano-electronics, we are looking for an R&D Engineer Litho Process Development.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year (extension into permanent contract)
Location: Belgium
Language: English
After receiving an on-the-job training you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and discussing the litho process requests with your internal and external customers.
- Designing and execution of the experimental plan in the cleanroom, and analysing and interpreting the experimental results.
- Delivering high quality litho processes, including process window characterization, screening of alternative process options and new material selections and metrology optimization to assure process reproducibility.
- Documentation and transfer of the litho process to the pilot line and provide representative trainings to the process support engineers.
- The reporting of the process development progress internally and in meetings with the external customers.
Profile:
- You have a PhD or a Master degree in Chemistry, Physics or Materials Science and a successful experience with advanced lithography (193nm immersion/EUV).
- You are well organized and eager to learn.
- You work within tight time limits and you take initiative.
- You are able to deal with ambiguity.
- You have experience in working in cross functional teams.
- Since the job involves intensive collaboration with internal and external customers, you are an excellent communicator with good reporting skills.
- The day-to-day contact with people from all over the world makes fluency in English a necessity.
