R&D CHANGE MANAGEMENT (HR), CONTRACT, FRENCH, BRUSSELS

For our client in Belgium, we are seeking a French Speaking R&D Change Management(HR) to lead, coordinate and deliver the change management interventions for one or various streams of the overall change plan and help the individuals and teams within department to understand & accept cultural differences between Legacy organization.

Please see the following minimum requirements:

- Master or above (HR or Business Management)
- Change Management principles & methodology -Advanced
- Ability to speak & write English and French. Italian is a plus
- Previous experience in complex Change, specially transformation programs
- Experience in R&D environment is a plus
- Ability to work and engage quickly with large number of stakeholders within R&D, with different background.
- Hands-on: from strategy to implementation
- Proven capabilities to engage and convince
