My client, a leading financial giant, is currently looking for experienced and driven administrators to work in their expanding team, based in Morley.
The main focus for the Administrator will be to ensure all queries are dealt with from internal and external customers.

Dedicated individuals with an administrative and clerical background will be required to take on a range of queries from customers, ensuring commitments are met and you are able to respond to the demands in a timely manner.

The successful individual will show patience to deal with various queries and complaints coming in to the business and adapt quickly to new situations. The right person in this role will be comfortable in responding to customers and have the knowledge to compose helpful answers in different forms such as writing letters, using emails and demonstrating general confidence on the telephone.
Applicants will have an understanding of writing letters and be comfortable operating PC's and other office equipment.

All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check and must be able to supply 3 years of continuous referencing - Either Academic, Employment or proof of receipt of benefit such as Jobseekers/Maternity/Carers Allowance.
