Tangent International are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a client based at Tower Hill, London.
Candidates must have between 8 - 10 years experience within building construction contracts.
Procurement of subcontract work packages - the role will involve managing more than 1 work package at any given time and will be responsible for the management of the whole tendering process.
- Compilation of tender documents
- Involvement in design meetings and responsible for design to budget
- Pre-qualifying prospective tenderers
- Previous experience of working on large M&E packages
