INTERMEDIATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR/CIVILS/CONSTRUCTION/EXCELLENT RATE

GCS CONSTRUCTION/CONTRACT/HEATHROW AIRPORT

GCS is currently recruiting for an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor with 2 - 3 years' experience to join an exciting project at Heathrow airport. My client has recently won a multi-million pound project working with the Q6 maintenance project at Heathrow Terminal 2 which includes the realignment of runways.

My client is a leading International main contractor. The requirement for a forward thinking, commercially minded dynamic Quantity Surveyor is urgently required due to the sheer size of the project. You will be working within a team of experienced surveyors and procurement manager's.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading to join a leading construction company involved in all areas of construction, namely civil works, building and industrial works.

Experience in the following is required

- Working on NEC 3 and other relevant contracts
- Assessing variations
- Measuring and pricing completed works
- Working and liaising with sub-contractors

You must be qualified in BSc Quantity Surveying and have previous experience working with a contractor.
