I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a council based in London. This is a contract role that will run for an initial 3 months but a very good chance this will turn into a long term contract.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working as part of the Capital and Cyclical Works Team.
The work will be delivered on the basis of a 7 year cyclical repair programme and will include the likes of concrete/brick wear repair, window/roof renewals and kitchen/bathroom renewals.
Relevant Quantity Surveyor Education and Experience will be required including:
- RICS Accreditation
- Proven track record in Quantity Surveying in large complex projects
- Council experience and experience with Section 20
This post is starting immediately.
