An exciting contract opportunity has materialised with one of our key clients in and around Scotland. They are on the look out for a strong Quantity Surveyor who has experience of construction and electrical based portfolios. KEY SKILLS: - FIDIC/NEC3 contract experience - Good commercial knowledge - Seen projects through from tender through to final account - Worked on projects up to the value of £50m previously - Awareness of CESMM3 and SMMIEC - Good IT ability, especially with Microsoft applications The ideal candidate will be able to start work immediately and open to short trips away from home when required.
