GCS Construction are currently recruiting for a family-owned main contractor based in Birmingham. My client is involved in design and build/refurbishment projects across the Midlands and London.
My client has recently been involved in a number of exciting projects in Commercial, Leisure and Retail sectors.
They are looking for a forward thinking, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who's potentially looking for progression within the company.
You will have strong experience with the following:
- Using schedule of rates/Estimating
- Sub-contractor management
- Bills of Quantities
