Quantity Surveyor - 1 month Temporary Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Edward Street, Brighton. As the successful candidate you will be working on a fast track refurbishment project for the University of Brighton. The role is quite specific the successful candidate will need to price/value a client provision sum relating to various design changes.

Key responsibilities:

- working on fast tracked refurbished project for Brighton's University
- reporting on progress and outcome against targets
- carrying out valuation and agreement of client variations
- developing effective relationships with customers (Internal & External) and ensuring the timely provision of information between all parties
- any other ad-hoc quarries
