I have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor working for a global defence company based in Hampshire. The role will be on a 12 month contract paying up to £50 per hour and it is a fantastic project and a great opportunity for the right candidate.

The individual I am looking for will preferably have the following skills and knowledge:

Strong understanding of NEC3 and equivalent contract models particularly PSC and ECC Options A, C and E
Pre and Post contract experience including creation of ITT documents and subsequent contract administration
Basic understanding of schedule/programme and general project controls
Some experience in comparison and analysis of information
Searching for and identifying opportunities within information
Experience of commercial contract management
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office tools
