My leading construction company requires a Senior Quanity Surveyor on a 4-8 week contract.
The manager is looking for some extra commercial resource to cover a busy period.
Skills/experience
- Someone who has experience to issue enquiries
- Meet subcontractors
- Vet returns
- Scope review
- Interface understanding and can then produce a GMP for internal review
- They need to be strong enough to manage the design team, to obtain the info required.
The role is 8-5pm working hours.
