Quantity Surveyor

Another exciting opportunity for ERG! My client, a London Borough Council, is looking for a specialist to join their team. On this occasion, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

In order to be considered for this role, you must:

- Construction/Property related degree
- Must have a Driving licence and the use of a vehicle at all times
- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor at a very responsible level on both minor and major projects, effectively managing and coordinating cost, commercial and quantity surveying matters in both internal and external project teams, clients, stakeholders, Contractors including quantity surveyor duties under various forms of contracts.
- Experience in preparing feasibility estimates, budget costs, cost plans and approximate costs, tender documentation, contracts and ancillary documentation.
- Experience (post qualification) of working on a wide range of projects using both traditional and modern forms of procurement and construction
- Proven experience of working as a client side quantity surveyor along with managing Client's requirements and expectations
- Evidence of knowledge of health and safety legislation including the CDM regulations

You will preferably have over 5 years' experience and be ready to hit the ground running and work independently from day one.
