I am urgently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors for contract positions based in Berkshire.
Main Purpose of Role:
To provide commercial and contractual support to the Regional Deployment Teams to deliver quantifiable reductions in construction costs associated with CTIL rollout.
Key Responsibilities
*Agreement of final account statements with Supplier
*Agreement & authorisation of interim payments (stage payments) with Suppliers as determined within contract
*Provision of commercial data for monthly reporting to the business.
*Liaison with Supply Chain Management team to resolve contractual issues prior to escalation.
