My client is an industrial and commercial building contractor which operates nationwide. Due to an increase in contracts in the midlands they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will have ideally had roofing experience working for a roofing contractor. You will have had proven experience working on envelope and facades. They work on a mixture of roofing projects although experience in flat pitching or single ply would be advantage. They are a medium sized building company covering projects from 1.5- 5 million. The successful candidate will be commercially astute and able to pick a number of current client projects as well as some new projects to start soon.
This contract is initially till the end of the year however the client has advised that it could be extended into the New Year.
