QUANTITATIVE ANALYST-ASSET MANAGEMENT-GENEVA The CLIENT Our client is an asset management company having offices all around the world and ranked in the International top 10 in its categories. In order to reinforce the Quantitative team, they are looking for a QUANTITATIVE ANALYST. This role is a front office position and will expose you to Mathematics modeling, Project management, Financial analysis and Financial market. The ROLE You will work in the Quant team who is in charge of providing the ad hoc support with the appropriate infrastructure to the trading platforms mainly in terms of risk management and trading tools. Your main duties will be: * Develop pricing models + test, adapt and optimize them * Evaluate and analyze financial market data through quantitative techniques * In collaboration with the quant team: develop, maintain and improve trading platforms, trading tools and ad hoc processes (risk management, etc.) * Ad hoc project (risk, IT, Trading or Quant related) The REQUESTED PROFILE * You have min. 4 years experience and max. 7 years experience in the Finance industry, ideally within a hedge funds or an asset management firm, with a quantitative and financial products exposure * You have a strong understanding of asset management, public financial markets and credit trading/rates concepts * You have a solid educational background (MIT,Oxford, Harvard, ETH, EPFL or similar) in Mathematics, Physics, Technology, Natural sciences or Engineering * You are a problem solver with strong mathematical and IT skills (C++, C#, SQL, Excel) * You are team player, polyvalent and hands on, you have strong analytical and communication skills * You are resourceful, self-starter and self sufficient * You speak and write perfectly English + an other European language (ideally French) * You have a EU passport or a Swiss permit The OFFER This role will give you to chance to work and develop within a high level and challenging environment, belonging to the exciting asset management sector.
