Quant Technologist in London

Exceptional Quantitative technologist is required for world class systematic hedge fund in London. Position required to Perform a variety of technology-intensive support functions within a portfolio management team in both an R&D and production trading capacity. Tasks may include but are not limited to: o High performance database design and development. o Development of high frequency/low latency systems. o Trade Surveillance and Detection. o Execution/Post-trade analysis. * The ideal candidates will have a strong combination of software development skills, quantitative skills and finance background. * MS in quantitative discipline preferred along with five years work experience. * Development skills in C++, Java or C# and Familiarity with Python strongly desired. * This group focuses on systematic trading in liquid instruments (global equities, futures and FX).
