Quant/Quantitative Analyst

My Global Sports Betting client are urgently searching a Quant Analyst to join their team, initially and urgently to work on large projects in the run up to the Football World Cup.
Our client are looking to expand their Quant team and are open to a long term contract or a permanent hire, ideally you will be available immediately but they are will wait up to a month for a strong candidate.
A great benefit to this role is an already strong Quant team that will offer great training if needed so different levels of experience are welcome.

The role will involve a significant amount of statistical analysis of football/soccer data, which includes analysis of the integrity of the data and sourcing new data where appropriate.
The predictions derived from the models will be issued to the end clients in the betting sector.
