Quality Training Contractor Job

QUALITY TRAINING GROUP CONTRACTOR needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in HOLLY SPRINGS, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two (2+) years experience in QA function
- Must have previous experience in Training
- Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and experience in PC's and databases
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Must have excellent communication skills and strict attention to detail
- Must be flexible, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and operate well in a team setting

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the development and implementation of quality systems for QA oversight of site GMP training programs
- Establish, manage and execute program audit and the effectiveness of training courses and other aspects of training
- Review and approval of GMP training (eg, New Hire GMP training, GMP refresher training, and CAPA training)
- Verify training Matrix reviews/changes were made correctly
- Provide Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly training metrics.
- Assist with interpreting and analysing trends to address issues and provide solutions.
- Review OJT/Analyst Qualification documentation
- Supports the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), improved business processes and supplemental documents governing the management and usage of each quality system of responsibility
- Filing and archiving of training documentation
