Quality Testing Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supports all aspects of a major company project, which requires integration between the company's Control Center and the network solutions provider.
- Enhances industry leadership of the connected devices segment by extending a traditional customer experience to wholesale end users provisioned in the company's Control Center; eg, provisioning, rendering an invoice, & bundling the company's services.
- Supports hybrid billing-- whereby a single SIM can be billed for both wholesale and retail usage -- on behalf of Enterprises who are assigned to the Control Center whose end users have or want post paid accounts.
- Performs end-to-end testing which includes: writing test cases and test scenarios, test data creation, test case execution, opening required defects, re-testing fixes, project reporting and UAT support.

SKILLS

Must have skills and expertise in the following: Clearquest, Quality Center, Testing, Amdocs, SQL, Phoenix Application, Premier Application, and ROME Application. Intermediate experience is required in OPUS, PDC, CPC, System X, and Supply Chain.
