Quality Technician, L.a., Medical Device, $30-$40/hr, Contract

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 4-6 plus years related experience and/or training in the Quality field as an Inspector. Understanding of ISO/QSR requirements. Ability to read and comprehend / interpret equipment operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, documentation, and/or memos. Ability to write clear / legible / accurate data and correspondence. Ability to present, effectively within a group and/or individual setting, information to peers and/or management representatives. Ability to read, write, understand, English. Demonstrate basic math skill set including calculation of percentages, proportions, area, circumference, and/or volume. Ability to interpret charts and bars graphs of various types. (pie charts, line/bar graphs, X-bar R-Charts, etc.). Ability to apply common sense to job function. Ability to demonstrate and utilize strong problem-solving skills. Ability to be self-directed and/or work within a team based environment with no supervision. Knowledge of and/or ability to demonstrate understanding of sampling plans (i.e., ANSI/ASQ, ISO, Military, and Standards). Ability to use PC's and standard Microsoft office based software.
