Quantity Surveyor required to work on a contract basis for world leading mobile telecoms vendor, the role is based in Berkshire. You will be required to manage, assess and evaluate costs.
- To prepare tender and contract documents, including bill quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis for project work.
- Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Preparing and analysing costs for tenders.
The successful QS will illustrate experience working within Mobile telecoms, RICS or CIOB accreditation, minimum 5 years experience within construction, good knowledge of construction within the telecommunication industry, experience and knowledge of network deployment and delivery projects.
