Your experience / skills: Expertise in Shopping Quality Evaluation / Analysis Solid working experience as a Quality Operations Analyst Good knowledge of SQL and HTML is advantageous Passion in Online Shopping and E Commerce Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Reviewing offers manually and confirming third parties' results Recovering issues using the existing tools and / or reporting them to follow up with engineering teams Assessing shopping search results along with identifying issues and interests in order to Improve the quality of the e commerce services Cooperating with cross functional teams to derive and upgrade quality and productivity of reporting strategies Establishing and allocating practices for data quality investigation and analysis Start: ASAP Duration: 6 MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 11527 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
