Our client is a financial company based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified Quality Manager/Tester.
As a qualified Quality Manager/Tester your responsibilities would be the following:
- Plans, controls and coordinates the entire test process within this area of responsibility.
- Responsible for Defect Tracking and the creation of Test Reports on progress, Defects, Risks, Issues and Mitigations according to the CREDIT SUISSE guidelines.
- Manages the Regression Test suite and facilitates its Automation
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Proven record as Test Manager (at least 5 years) and Test in general (at least 7 years)
- Banking or Financial Industry experience
- Strong Analytical, Social and Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent organizational skills of planning, coordinating and integration of parallel Software releases
- Fluent English
