The key responsibilities will include - Overall control of the Quality Management System and quality team.
The planning and execution of a continuous Quality Improvement Programme
To introduce quality accreditation to the TS16949 standard within a 2 year timeframe.
The company is currently accredited to ISO 9000
To provide interdepartmental and cross company support for improving and minimising operating systems and procedures.
Salary is negotiable, my client is looking for someone who has a passion to join the organisation and prove themselves as they are looking for some to join long term, not just as a stepping stone. The company has exciting plans and Quality is of key importance so someone with strong character and passion for Quality is essential.
