Quality Manager - Manchester - Manufacturing

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a leading manufacturer based inManchesterwho are looking for a new Quality Manager to join the team. This is a SME who manufacture using fabrication and welding process' with approximately 80 people on site and are part of a much larger well known group. The opportunity therefore offers job security but the chance to work in a smaller business and be part of the Senior Management team which will give you great exposure and allow you to make a real impact. The role has come about due to an internal promotion and when people join this company they are treated well and tend to stay for a long time. As Quality Manager you will report to the Managing Director and have one direct report who is the Quality Administrator. You will manage the companies ISO9001 quality system, work on customer and supplier liaison, root cause analysis and lean/ continuous improvements. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £38,000 plus a generous benefits package including private medical, contributory pension and monthly bonus.
