IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Definition and maintenance of a plant quality management system
-Implement standards according to production management audits such as quality info point
-Presentation of layered process audits
-Promote quality awareness and behaviour
-Implementation and monitoring of audits, maintenance of audit system
-Realisation of customer management and supplier quality management
-Manage, lead, train and develop/mentor about eleven direct report

s -Cooperation with various internal and external contacts
-Monitoring and reporting of relevant quality issues
-Control of measuring and testing equipment

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in Engineering or equivalent
-Extensive and relevant experience in Quality Management and ideally electro mechanics
-Professional know-how regarding quality methods, tools and techniques within the automotive manufacturing field
-Strong knowledge in Operations Quality Management, TS 16949, ISO 14001, integrated management system

s -Project management and leadership experience
-General legal and product liability knowledge
-Strong customer service orientation, ability to work independently and result-oriented
-Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills
-Willingness to travel, fluency in German and English
