Quality Manager - Leading Manufacturer - Kent

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a leading manufacturer supplying to the Aerospace and Military industry who are looking for a new Quality Manager to join their team.

This is a company going from strength to strength- with a turnover currently of circa £30 million they are looking to grow this to £50 million over the next 5 years. This means that this will offer a fruitful and challenging role with long term career development and potential.

As Quality Manager you will be managing a team of 10 employees and reporting directly into the Managing Director. You will be responsible for maintenance of the AS9100 Quality system and providing a Total Quality Management system.

We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers from either the Aerospace or Electronics industry. You will need to have good man - management skills and a good knowledge of the AS9100 system.

On offer for the role is a salary of up to £52,000 dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There is also a generous benefits package including car allowance of £7000.
