Quality Manager - Government - Wiltshire, South West

Quality Manager required by our Government client based Corsham, Wiltshire, South West.

The Quality Manager will put in place a new service model based on a Services Portfolio approach.

The key components are:

Services Portfolio Defining the Service Catalogue and services pipeline

Target Supply Chain Model (TSCM) The commercial framework to support the delivery of future services

Target Operating Model (TOM) How ISS will organise and operate under the TSCM, including how it will interact with sponsors, customers and users

Delivery Programme The Project is going to market to procure future services and transition from current contracts to new supply arrangements.

The Programme and Project Support Office (PPSO) are an established Programme and Project support Centre of Excellence comprising of specialist subject matter experts delivering risk management, scheduling, information management and reporting services across the Programme. Centralised management of these Programme and Project support services ensures cohesion and commonality in the approach to information management, scheduling, risk management and reporting. Professional delivery of these services by the PPSO facilitates the functional Project and Programme teams in focusing on the delivery of their key objectives.

This post reports to the information manager within the information management, quality and reporting services team and has no line management responsibility at present.
