Working from the vendor side you will be expected to have close interaction with the client for quality standards - ensuring they are fit for use/purpose and in line with specified SLAs.
Key Responsibilities;
- Define the site quality standard with internal experts and the operator (client)
- Check partner's installation quality, and ensures the quality of site installation meet standard
- in case partners have technical problem during installation, support partners to fix the problem
- Reports on the conduct of the activities
- Enhances the process if necessary
Candidates should have strong background from working in the field or in a supervisory capacity.
