Quality Manager - Automotive Leader - Telford

Huxley Associates is proud to be working with an absolute leader in the Automotive market based in the West Midlands who have a new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their team. This is a global Automotive tier 1 who have a turnover of over 600 million Euros and over 5000 employees so represents a stable and exciting company to join. They also pride themselves on their focus as a company on training and developing their employees offering long term career progression. As Quality manager you will head up and drive all Quality activities on site of 150 employees. You will have one direct report initially with the view to grow this once in the role. You will be responsible for managing the Quality systems on site in line with TS16949, auditing, supplier liaison and continuous improvement. As the company has undergone rapid growth recently the Quality systems have slipped slightly so this is a good opportunity and challenge to get your teeth into. Interested? We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers within the industry. You should have good TS16949 and automotive experience and knowledge of the ISO14001 environmental system is desirable but not essential.
