Quality Manager

Quality Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Ability of taking a leading role in investigations to identify root causes and appropriate sustainable solutions to business problems
- Practical experience and thorough understanding of continuous improvement with root cause investigation, reduction of deviations, variability and cycle time
- Familiarity with lean processes
- Proficiency of continuous exchange of best practices as well as capability of implementing lessons learned consistently across sites and TechOps network
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Maintaining multiple projects and providing milestones, deliverables and qualitative/financial targets using 6-sigma tools and methodologies
- Supporting project teams to guarantee timely delivery of agreed upon, quantifiable targets and to reach the business benefits and operational excellence
- Guaranteeing standard approach and process is in place on how to conduct problem-solving, meet the pre-defined time lines and delivering products in due time
- Preserving an understanding of site's capability and capacity needs, gaps and development plans
- Supporting the Business that Deviation, OOS, OOE and Batch Records are closed on time, to meet the pre-defined Targets
