Quality Manager

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for an Project/Process Quality Manager in Prague, Czech Republic for a contract position.

SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
*Good understanding and knowledge of project quality management
*Excellent understanding of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, Problem management, etc.)
*Capable to producing qualified documentation based on ITIL principles
*Knowledge of the compliance regulations (GxP/GAMP, Data Privacy).
*Good understanding on best practices
*Definition of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
*Good understanding of commercial business processes and objectives
*High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills
*Deep knowledge of one Information governance disciplines.
*Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure qualification and/or process validation.
*Specific technical knowledge and experience:
oVery good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
oGood knowledge of Visio
oMS SharePoint user and/or administrator knowledge

EXPERIENCE
*Working experience, with some years with project management experience in IT
*Experience with producing Processes and other related documentation
*Understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
*Experience in the validation of computerized systems
*Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)
