Quality Manager

My client who are a leading name within their field are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join the team.

Role:
* Developing an appropriate end-to-end quality framework for the product rollout, considering activity to be undertaken by the vendor and client and the acceptable exit criteria for each quality gate.
* Auditing vendor quality processes and documentation to ensure suitability for the safe launch of the products, and managing an action plan where these are unacceptable.
* Producing a high-level operating model for vendor quality management for the client staff to develop and implement
* Liaison with the clients test laboratory and operations management to ensure that all quality activity inside the organisation is joined up in an effective manner

Experience:
* Experience of working and managing staff in China and India, and provide conflict resolution in these circumstances
* Ability to engage with senior management stakeholders at vendors in a credible manner to achieve objectives
* Ability to travel to vendor sites in central Europe, India and China (one visit to each).
* Experienced within manufacturing
