ROLE:
Quality Management Consultant within the Application Portfolio Management (APM) program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Authors APM program quality plan which defines all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures
- Works with the APM IT Lifecycle Management team to manage the APM SOP and supporting SOPs and Work Procedures as global operating procedures, to implement document management with appropriate version and change controls
- Reviews and approves the project deliverables stated in the APM Program Quality Plan
- Supports the program teams in quality management activities.
- Supports the preparation of High Level Risk Assessments and Functional Risk Assessments as required
- Conducts internal project reviews and ensures that the standard quality management procedures are followed and properly executed (formal aspects, not content).
- Authors Program Quality Reports
- Supports the project managers in compliance and quality related tasks; Tollgate reviews, status of deliverables
- Track the quality status of the APM program including projects and services

Skills & Experience:
- Quality Management: Expert/at least 10 years of experience
- Governance : Senior/at least 8 years of experience
- Documentation: Senior/at least 8 years of experience
- Quality Management Tools: Senior/at least 8 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)

Language(s):
- English: Fluent (written & spoken)
- German is an advantage
