Role description
The Quality Leader will be charged with Planning, managing, monitoring, reviewing and continuously improving the company's quality systems in line with customer requirements and the need to become a "World class" Organisation. The key responsibilities will be to...
Drive the process of performance measurement and continuous improvement throughout the company.
Specify/provide company-wide training in support of the quality improvement.
Develop a strategy to achieve and maintain accreditation by customers and national bodies.
Ensure that regular audits of all written systems and procedures throughout the company are planned and expedited.
Continually audit the quality of all products leaving the company.
Give support to Products Launch Teams.
Promote the use of Statistical and other Predictive measures to eliminate process failure throughout the business.
Provide manufacturing management with in depth analysis of product performance to aid process improvement and assist problem resolution.
Spearhead to process of Quality Concern Resolution throughout the company.
Represent the company on all matters pertaining to quality and ensure that customer concerns are efficiently handled, effectively communicated and speedily resolved.
Audit the quality of all supplied products entering the company.
Provide a measure of supplier performance and advise on the selection of suppliers.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience managing quality and/or quality processes, ideally in the automotive industry and will be familiar with principles such as JIT, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and be familiar with automotive quality standards TS16949.
