Quality Improvement Process Engineer

For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currentlylooking for a Quality Improvement Process Engineer with experience inthe Pharmaceutical field

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
A cell project was created to concentrate on secondary processrobustness.
The candidate will focus on filling activities, collaborate with theproduct-process team and participate, improve and share robustnessprocesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Follow the action plan of QIP
* Write, edite and trail:
o request for process change (RPC)
o Performance qualification (PQ)
o Standard operation procedure (SOP)
o check list

* Map process parameters
* Risk analysis: failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)

PREREQUISITES:

Education: Master or Bachelor with experience in pharma, processes,chemistry or biotechnology
Specific skills: effective, meticulous, pragmatical,outgoing andcommunicative

Knowledge:
* Computing skills
o Bases - Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
o Specific tools - group management portal

Experience:
* History with pharma environment
* Protocol writing
