Senior Quality Improvement Manager- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

*Define, lead, manage and execute project initiatives to deliver sustainable and breakthrough improvements to key business processes.

*Deliver such improvements through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles in conjunction with effective relationship building and change management skills.

*Become a recognised Change Agent within the organisation

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- *Responsible for working across the organization to identify and prioritise continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives through the analysis and evaluation of performance data.

*Responsible for the application of Lean Six Sigma techniques in pursuit of continuous improvement and for delivering tangible results.

*Will engage personnel and lead, direct and focus teams towards the delivery of effective sustained improvement projects.

*Communicates and champions the need for change to improve business performance and acts as a change agent.

*Trains, mentors and coaches Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioners, Process Owners and sponsors in the application of tools and techniques for process improvement.

*Prepares detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality (or other) goals

*Reports on project progress on a regular basis to the Business Support Director or other appropriate leadership role

*The role will involve working at two sites - Chester & Leeds.

*The Leeds Senior Quality Manager will performance manage the Chester Black Belt
