Quality Evaluator/Analyst

For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Quality Evaluator/Analyst

Responsibilities

- Improve the quality of the shopping search results by evaluating these (web and shopping property) to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Cooperate with engineering teams to improve the search, data and catalogue quality.
- Develop and share practices for search, data and catalogue quality investigation and analysis.
- Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or bug issues to follow up with engineering teams.

Requirements

- Excellent web research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of English is a must. Other languages are a big plus (French, Italian, German, Japanese)
- Interest in shopping is a plus.
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Relevant experience in an Internet company and with web research is preferred.
