QUALITY ENGINEERS, VALIDATION CONSULTANT

For one of our client, specialized in medical devices based in Le Locle, we are looking for a QUALITY ENGINEERS, VALIDATION CONSULTANT with experience in Process Excellence and/or Lean experience.

This is a challenging, CONTRACTING POSITION, starting at the end of April until the end March of 2019.

YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:

- Engineering, Technical, or Scientific discipline is required
- Quality Engineering/Design or Process Excellence/Lean experience is preferred, ASQ certifications are an asset
- Strong engineering skills with working knowledge of: Process validation/verification activities
- Knowledge of the QSR, Design Controls, and ISO quality requirements
- Experience conducting Process/Design Failure Mode Effects and Analysis
- Mechanical product knowledge is preferred
- Problem solving techniques including 8D, root cause analysis and cause and effect analysis
- Knowledge on Statistical techniques and methods
- Experience with Blueprint reading/literacy including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Familiarity with inspection methods and techniques
- Ability to use Quality Engineering principles, tools, and practices to develop and optimize systems and processes that are aligned with the overall business and quality vision is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Project)
- Experience in CAPA execution and management
- Excellent communication skills in English, French will be a strong advantage

- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines
