Mission: support the quality department during SAP implementation, drive and lead quality continuous improvement. lead aspects of SAP implementation
Identify quality improvement opportunities. Prioritise and lead activities that improve customer satisfaction and reduces product variability
Answer customer complaints when required including 8D documented follow-up
Raise and validate Corrective Action Requests
Able to develop and coordinate produce release sample inspection
Ideally a graduate with a science or engineering based degree or relevant industrial experience and training
Professional quality certifications, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
