Quality Engineer/Manager - Business Intelligence (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Designing, developing, planning and implementing test strategies covering various Applications within the Enterprise Business Intelligence analytics platform
-Conducting and coordinating test runs, automating where possible
-Backend testing of all ETL, data warehousing and data mart stages
-Test case specification and maintenance of test case repositories
-Test data definition and automation of test data generation
-Writing and reviewing test documentation
-Presenting test results and approving releases

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or profound equivalent work experience as Quality Engineer
-Excellent knowledge in functional and integration testing as well as in the field of test automation methodologies for front- and backend applications
-Experience with the definition and controlling of QA processes
-Excellent SQL skills as well as knowledge of product platforms like Pentaho Data Integration and Big Data, Cloudera Enterprise Data Hub, Oracle and Infobright
-Understanding of tools such as Ant, Maven and Jenkins
-Experience with agile software development processes and techniques (e.g. Scrum) as well as the Linux operation system
-Excellent spoken and written English knowledge
-Experience with electronic payment processes and applications are an advantage
