MY DUTIES:

- Image Extraction – automatic extraction of High-quality images for all video content. Goal is to create a repository of Multiple images per video
- Personalized Recommendations – depending on the persona of our customer and its previous behavior, a personalized image is selected to represent the video content. Goal is to always provide compelling content for customers
- Consulting the data scientists in the development of algorithms and machine learning models especially regarding productionization of these models
- Implementation of batch data pipelines for the preparation, provisioning and versioning of training data for the machine learning models
- Implementation of batch data pipelines for the pre-processing of multimedia files like videos and images
- Design and implementation of a framework for the implementation of extractors and filters as modular services
- Implementation and deployment of a REST API to execute these extractors and filters on the multimedia files and storage of the results
- Implementation of an MLOps process for the continuous improvement of the used models in production

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (oder AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Google Dataflow/Dataproc, Apache Beam/Apache Spark
- Experience with BigQuery
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL
- Elasticsearch experience
