Quality Engineer - West Midlands

Amoria Bond is looking for a Quality Engineer for a major electronic engineering company.

My client is a leading electronics and defence company based in the West Midlands. We are looking for a Quality Engineer initially on a 3 month contract.

The successful Quality Engineers main responsibilities will be:
*Writing inspection work instructions
*Undertaking internal audits (Lead Auditor)
*Producing Quality plans

The successful Quality Engineer will be expected to investigate electrical and fabricated items to conform non conforming products. The Quality Engineer will also be expected to under take Product Release activities and 2nd party supplier audits.

Skills: Quality engineer, ISO9001, Quality plans, Inspection work, Lead Auditing, Product release, 8D

The successful Quality Engineer will have the following skills:
*A strong understanding of Quality procedures
*The ability to verify non conformance reports

Knowledge of 8D is advantageous as is knowledge of Rolls Royce SQE processes.

Rates are competitive within the market and based upon a 3 month contract.
