Job Description
The role will consist of the following key activities:
* Manage non-conformance meeting for product discrepancies,
* Investigate product non-conformance and introduce robust corrective actions,
* Raising of 8D reports,
* Introduction of product rework KPI and the actions to reduce this rework,
* Participation in the reduction of slow moving and obsolete WIP,
* The production and submission of concessions to customers,
* Assistance in the conversion of the Quality Management System to comply with customer requirements,
* The completion of Measurement System Analysis studies,
* Complete internal audits.
Key Skill:
* Understanding of 8D and RCCA principles.
* Completion of R and R studies
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
* Either Aerospace or Automotive background
