Quality Engineer

Title: Quality Engineer

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Quality Engineer Supervior. Candidates will be required to;

* Maintain & improve compliance with quality system and corporate requirements
* Working within manufacturing to improve process capability, yield, quality of the product - support problem resolution
* Assist in the data gathering for KPI's
* Conduct audits of processes as an improvement tool
* Provide training and support to Bridgend based functions
* Liaise with other organisational functions to strongly communicate requirements and ensure goals are achieved
* Provide Quality Assurance support to other departments as needed - to include GR&R, Capability Studies, FAI's, Protocals - IQ,OQ,PQ and associated reports etc.
* Able to generate work instructions and graticules
* Input into FMEA's
* Generate NCR's
* SAP / MRP experience
* Good communication, report and presentation skills
* Other duties as agreed with the Quality Engineering Supervisor
