Quality Engineer

Huxley Asssociates are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced contract Quality Engineer on behalf of one of our clients who are established within the higher end of the aerospace industry.

The client are based in the Lancashire area and are looking to recruit a candidate on an initial 6 month contract. The role pays £30 an hour.

The role would suit an ambitious individual, who has a passion for the aerospace industry, the ability to solve problems in a pressurised environment and with an eye to detail also who is quality conscious.

Responsibilities will also include audit processing, inputting robust solutions and updating the quality management system.

On a day to day basis the role will involve FMEA's, first article inspection, working with a co-ordinate measurement machine, collecting data and dealing with non- conformances. The position will also involve an element of statistical analysis and producing reports. It is therefore important that the candidate is computer literate and has experience of analysing data and presenting findings
