Projektbeschreibung
- To develop and implement an appropriate and approved product quality system at the Whiteley site to gaining customer and regulatory approval.
- To ensure the Whiteley site becomes an approved source for the products.
- To generate all required quality plans to support the transfer and the continuation of quality approval through their transfer from Blackburn to Whiteley, with no loss of quality controls.
- To define and deliver the process and product validation audit programs.
- To ensure no reduction to the product First Time Pass Rate performance and no project delays resulting from the transfer into Whiteley.
- To audit and validate the workforce competencies for performing the work in Whiteley.
- To audit and validate the supplier management, stock transfer and stock management and all other critical processes for the work in Whiteley, including post transfer performance to demonstrate maintenance of KPIs.
- To develop and deliver the supporting goods receipt and product dispatch process.
- With the Quality Assurance Engineer, work closely with the outsource provider to ensure that process and configuration controls are in line with the business requirements.
- To develop and deliver the supporting Customer Return/RMA (Returns Management Authorisation) process in conjunction with the Whiteley system and the approved subcontractors.
- IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 qualified.
- 6 Six Sigma Green Belt certified desirable or equivalent experience.
- Project Management via MS Project.
- ISO9001 Lead assessor desirable but not necessary.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of relevant standards/best practice standards associated with Quality Management
- ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent.
- Experience in the processes to perform product and technology transfer.
- Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated effective team management and leadership.
- Collection and analysis of performance data, identifying best practice and lead change programs.
- Able to demonstrate a successful record in maintaining and improving product quality levels in both an engineering, high volume and high mixed electronics manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of relevant standards/best practice including standard Quality Tools.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Management systems and ideally possess or be willing to gain relevant qualifications in these areas.
- It is essential that the applicant has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work as part of a multi-disciplined group.
