Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer - Permanent -Ilfracombe

Huxley associates are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to be a permanent addition to their team.

This position represents a critical function within the quality department at their manufacturing facility based in Ilfracombe,Devon. The main purpose of the role is to provide quality engineering support to production teams for new product introduction, process improvement and defect reduction.

Essentials:

Ideally Degree qualified in a related discipline

Experience of working within an ISO 9001 regulated manufacturing environment in a Quality Engineering role.

Knowledge of quality tools and techniques, e.g. Discipline investigations, 5 why, 7 Step, Ishikawa diagrams, SPC, FMEA, Pareto analysis, parts and process capability studies.

Strong data analysis skills

Any experience of working with a highly regulated environment would be highly beneficial e.g. aerospace, automotive or pharmaceutical

Salary is on offer up to £38,000 + benefits. Relocation assistance is available.
