QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
To monitor and continuously improve the performance of the total supply chain (external and internal); To develop, improve and maintain the quality of the organization on a quality system level;. To continuously improve quality means and methods in order to support the MQ Organization Processes;. To support the quality organization with failure analysis on quality complaints and nonconforming products and processes;. To execute improvement projects in manufacturing;. Analyze manufacturing processes on effectiveness and efficiency;. Direct support in case of production stagnation due to supplier-Q.

EDUCATION Higher
Professional College/Higher Technical College Business administration with a technical competence.

Experience.
Quality Management Systems and Q-methods/- techniques;. Familiar with various aspects of the product realization process;. Broad technical knowledge of complex production processes in a high technological environment;

PERSONAL SKILLS.

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
The Sector Manufacturing is responsible both for the production of wafersteppers and scanners, planning and logistics. The department Manufacturing Quality is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing organization to improve and assure their product processes. The holder of this position reports to the manager Manufacturing Quality and has internal interfaces with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Engineering, Production Engineering, Customer Support departments related to manufacturing and external contact with suppliers worldwide.
